KUALA LUMPUR: Dua belas individu yang didakwa menyokong LTTE termasuk Adun Gadek, G Saminathan dan Adun Seremban Jaya P Gunasekaren akan dibawa ke mahkamah sebelum dibebaskan.
“Itu adalah prosedurnya,” kata sumber itu dan menambah mahkamah akan menetapkan tarikh sebutan untuk kes itu dan barulah semua tertuduh akan dibawa ke mahkamah untuk dibebaskan. “Oleh yang demikian dalam menjalankan kuasa budi bicara saya menurut Perkara 145 Perlembagaan Persekutuan, saya memutuskan untuk memberhentikan prosiding terhadap mereka berkuat kuasa serta-merta,” katanya.
Mereka didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen pada 29 dan 31 Okt 2019, di beberapa buah negeri termasuk Kuala Lumpur.
