Terengganu mosques, surau allowed to hold religious activities

Terengganu Islamic Religion and Malay Customs Council president Osman Muda says all mosques and surau in the state are now allowed to hold religious activities in strict compliance with government SOP. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, September 25, 2021.

THE Terengganu Islamic Religion and Malay Customs Council has allowed all mosques and surau in the state to hold religious activities in strict compliance with standard operating procedures set by the government beginning today. Its president, Osman Muda, said the decision was made upon the consent of Sultan of Terengganu Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin.
