NEWLY appointed judges were today told to practise independence, impartiality and efficiency in court by incoming Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat,At the swearing-in of 11 judicial commissioners in the Palace of Justice in Putrajaya this evening, Tengku Maimun said she would only speak about her own appointment after she takes her oath, which she is expected to do on Monday in Istana Negara.
