In his daily press update, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said two of the areas were located in Kuching, Sarawak, namely Kampung Goebilt and Kampung Muara Tebas.
The remaining eight areas are situated in Sabah, namely Kampung Rancangan and Kampung Kijang Merotai in Kalabakan; Kampung Tanjung Batu Tengah and Taman Semarak Megah in Tawau; Kampung Rampayan and Kampung Kionsom Kecil in Kota Kinabalu; Kampung Taun Gusi Peninting in Kota Belud; and Taman Ehsan in Kudat.
Meanwhile, the enhanced MCO at Kampung Simpangan in Tuaran, Sabah, has been extended for another 14 days until June 30. In addition, Ismail Sabri said the enhanced MCO at five other locations in Sabah and one each in Perak and Pahang would end at 11.59pm on Tuesday night . Ismail Sabri said 819 people were fined for breaching standard operating procedures while 35 individuals were remanded.
