LONDON, May 10 — Erik ten Hag is confident that “common sense” will prevail as Manchester United chiefs consider his future following a disastrous season for the 20-time...

A trip through time at Restoran Chen Fatt in Seri Kembangan where the paper-wrapped chicken, ‘mui choy kau yoke’ are as good as ever Manchester United 's Dutch manager Erik ten Hag arrives for the English Premier League football match between Crystal Palace and Manchester United at Selhurst Park in south London May 6, 2024.

Asked if he was concerned that he could be sacked even if he won the FA Cup, Ten Hag said: “No, I think they have common sense. “Of course we are not happy, but we know the reasons why we are underperforming in the ranking now and that is because of the injuries,” he said. Ten Hag brushed aside suggestions that it would be beneficial for Ratcliffe and his Ineos group to publicly confirm he would continue next season, saying it is a “question you have to make to the owners, not to me”.
