Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Norazam Khamis said the incident occurred at around 12.30pm on Tuesday ."We deployed a fire engine, two utility trucks and nine personnel to the scene," he said when contacted."An 18-year-old worker at the cafe suffered second-degree burns in the incident," he said.
In an unrelated incident, four students were rushed to hospital after inhaling gas fumes in a school laboratory. A spokesman for the Fire and Rescue Department said the incident occurred at around 1.20pm at SK Sri Pintar at Persiaran Mulia, USJ15."They arrived at the scene and found that gas had leaked out of a Bunsen burner.
"Four 11-year-olds felt nauseous and were rushed to the hospital," he said, adding that the situation was under control by the time the team arrived at the scene.
