Taxi driver known as Noorazlan Ismail made headlines for walking all the way from the Skudai Toll Plaza to Istana Negara in an effort to urge the government to allow for a targeted Employees Provident Fund withdrawal.

Also present were Wan Saiful Wan Jan, the member of parliament for Tasek Gelugor and representatives of several NGOs. It was said that he had walked 350km and the number of days he took to complete the endeavour varies from 3 days, 5 days, 6 days and 7 days.
