“Menerusi pemeriksaan dan semakan yang dijalankan Jabatan Pelesenan MBSP pada jam 1.30 tengah hari, 16 Disember lalu mendapati premis itu melakukan kesalahan menjalankan perniagaan tanpa lesen dari MBSP dan kompaun dikeluarkan serta satu notis meminta perniagaan dihentikan juga dikeluarkan dalam tempoh tujuh hari kepada pemilik dan ia diterima oleh wakil pemilik.
Sementara itu, tinjuan mendapati jalan masuk ke taman tema air itu ditutup dan dijaga oleh pengawal keselamatan yang memaklumkan tempat itu ditutup kepada orang ramai untuk sementara waktu.
