THE Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations urged consumers to contact their respective banks for negotiations as soon as possible if they are unable to make loan payments after the moratorium period ends. Fomca president N. Marimuthu also advised consumers not to wait until September to communicate with banks, and they have to explain their situation honestly.
