DAP leader Lim Kit Siang has urged Putrajaya to table the reports of the Council of Eminent Persons and the Institutional Reform Committee in the form of a White Paper in parliament. Lim said parliament should then refer them to the Caucus on Institutional Reform and Governance chaired by PKR president Anwar Ibrahim.
