Pihaknya percaya polis tidak berniat melayan mana-mana sukarelawan sebagai penjenayah pada ketika ribuan sukarelawan lain yang sudah berkhidmat di Johor tidak menghadapi masalah.

JOHOR BAHRU: Kerajaan negeri menghargai dan mengalu-alukan mana-mana pihak dan pertubuhan bukan kerajaan yang ingin membantu mangsa-mangsa banjir di Johor termasuk daripada parti-parti politik di negara ini.

“Mempelajari pengalaman berdepan banjir sebelum ini dan juga situasi di Selangor dan Pahang sejak Disember lalu, Johor telah cuba melaksanakan yang terbaik untuk kesejahteraan rakyat. Beliau berkata demikian sebagai mengulas kenyataan Ahli Parlimen Muar, Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman berkenaan laporan polis terhadap Parti Ikatan Demokratik Malaysia yang tidak mengikut prosedur penyelarasan dan keselamatan ditetapkan ketika menghulur bantuan kepada mangsa.
