KULAI, June 9 — Syarikat Perumahan Negara Bhd plans to develop the country’s first Bandar Madani, with Johor being one of the preferred locations.
He said there are 95 acres of land in Pasir Gudang in the Johor Baru district, which is seen as strategic for developing the town. “If it is developed under SPNB, among the types of houses that can be built in the city are affordable ones under RM300,000,” he said at a press conference after officiating at the Majlis Ramah Mesra dan Taklimat Bersama Pengerusi SPNB with the 2nd Generation Felda Bukit Ramun here today.
Meanwhile, Husam said SPNB has built more than 57,000 units of Rumah Mesra Rakyat throughout the country.
