NIBONG TEBAL: Voters in Sungai Bakap stand to face significant losses if they vote for the Perikatan Nasional candidate in the state by-election says a state PKR leader.
"First of all, in terms of allocation, Opposition assemblymen would only receive RM60,000 compared to state government elected representatives who receive from RM300,000 to RM400,000 annually," he said during his visit to Kelab Media Mutiara Media Centre on Thursday . He said the allocation given to state representatives who are in the ruling coalition can be used by the new state assemblyman for the benefit of the people.
He said it would be a great loss for the people in Sungai Bakap if they continue to vote for Perikatan in the upcoming by-election.
