“Saya mengambil serius kejadian pencemaran sisa kimia yang berlaku di Pasir Gudang dan sentiasa mengikuti segala perkembangan berkaitan insiden itu. “Malah pada hari ini juga, saya turut mendapatkan laporan terkini daripada Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Bencana Negeri Johor,” titah Sultan Ibrahim dalam satu kenyataan dikeluarkan Royal Press Office menerusi laman Facebook rasmi baginda di sini, hari ini.
Sultan Ibrahim turut berkenan melawat mangsa di hospital bersama Permaisuri Johor Raja Zarith Sofiah Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah dan Tunku Mahkota Johor Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim. “Pada masa sama, kami juga sering mengambil berat, khususnya mengenai keperluan pasukan penyelamat supaya kerja-kerja pembersihan sisa kimia dapat dijalankan secara sempurna,” titah baginda.
