Stop acting like a hero, Umno Youth deputy chief tells Syed Saddiq

JOHOR BARU: Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman should stop acting like a hero, says Umno Youth deputy chief Mohd Hairi Mad Shah.

Mohd Hairi said that the TMIYC is the idea and vision of Regent of Johor Tunku Mahkota Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim to strengthen youth development by having a youth centre in each district in the state. "Now, TMIYC Muar is in its final phase of construction and expected to be completed by April this year while construction for TMYIC in Pasir Gudang will be complete by November," he said.

In a Facebook post on Friday , Syed Saddiq said that he has been visiting the TMYIC project site in Muar every month. "Prior to this, the people in Muar, in particular the youth, complained about the outdated sports facilities and also asked for a swimming pool to be built in Muar as there is no swimming pool for public use.
