However, the requirement will be, though it will still be enforced for foreign nationals entering our country. This was announced by Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin through a Ministry of Health Furthermore, Khairy also elaborated that travel requirements will also be relaxed in stages. Soon, non-Malaysian citizens may potentially be exemptedto fill in the travel pass on MySejahtera too, including permanent residents as well as those with student and social passes.

In the statement, the Health Minister asserted that this relaxation of travel requirements are thanks to our national health system being at a good and satisfactory level. However, for now, foreign nationals entering Malaysia are still required to follow the Traveller Pass requirement on MySejahtera so as to monitor infectious diseases such as monkeypox.
