Archbishop Simon Poh inks the appointment of Fr Patrick Heng as the new Rector of St Peter's College, Kuching, 30 January 2023. It was indeed a blessed evening for the community of St Peter’s College, Kuching Major Seminary, where a double celebration took place in the seminary’s chapel, in the Eucharist celebrated by Archbishop Simon Poh, Fr Patrick Heng, the newly appointed Rector of the seminary, and the other formators of the seminary.
In his homily, Archbishop Simon touched on the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives and how we as Christians, are always called to listen to the voice of the Spirit. The prelate also gave a fatherly reminder to the seminarians to be aware of this call in their priestly formation.
