Apandi dalam afidavitnya yang difailkan bulan lalu, mendakwa Sri Ram cuba memujuknya untuk Najib ditangkap atas tuduhan rasuah, beberapa bulan sebelum pilihan raya umum 2018. Apandi sebelum itu membuat tuduhan berkenaan dalam satu posting di Facebook.
