Bekas Penolong Naib Presiden KWAP Bahagian Pendapatan Tetap, Amirul Imran Ahmat berkata demikian ketika menjawab soalan peguam Harvinderjit Singh yang mewakili Datuk Seri Najib Razak dalam perbicaraan kes membabitkan dana SRC International Sdn Bhd.
Bagaimanapun, beliau menolak cadangan Harvinderjit bahawa pendiriannya berhubung hak kelayakan itu berubah selepas KWAP memberi pinjaman tambahan kepada SRC pada 2012. Saksi ke-29 itu mengakui ia hanya berdasarkan pendapat peribadinya memandangkan beliau tidak berada di dalam panel itu. Sementara itu, Amirul menafikan KWAP tergesa-gesa untuk meluluskan permohonan pinjaman RM3.95 bilion milik SRC Internation.
