Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM Azam Baki mengesahkan perkara itu kepada Bernama: “Ya, pihak SPRM telah meminta menteri untuk hadir ke SPRM bagi memberi keterangan,” katanya. Seorang pembantu kepada Sivakumar berkata menteri berkenaan hadir di SPRM pada kira-kira 10 pagi dan meninggalkan bangunan tersebut kira-kira setengah jam kemudian.
Semalam, Sivakumar berkata, beliau bersedia memberikan kerjasama penuh kepada agensi anti-rasuah jika dipanggil.
