Pengerusinya Abdul Ghani Salleh berkata SOP itu turut akan mengambil kira tiga syor yang dikemukakan Kementerian Kesihatan, yakni tidak boleh merentas negeri; sempadan negeri atau daerah, tiada perhimpunan ramai bagi melaksanakan kempen; dan tiada lawatan dari rumah ke rumah.
