MELAKA: Some 200 business premises are under surveillance for allegedly hoarding subsidised cooking oil packets, says a Melaka exco member.

State unity, community relationship, human resource and consumer affairs committee chairman Ngwe Hee Sem said these premises are believed to be supplying the packets to eateries for a higher price.

Ngwe said those who continue to hoard the supply should stop their irresponsible act or face the consequences.
