Our customers fading away after smoking ban, restaurant owners sayTwo bodies representing restaurants question the health minister's claim that business has picked up since the Jan 1 ban. If restaurants and coffee shops owners want to encourage smokers to visit then they should build enclosed smoking zone in their restaurants and coffee shops.
