Six new Covid-19 deaths reported today, total cases now at 2,766 (Updated) thesundaily Covid19 coronavirus NoorHisham Malaysia

Six new Covid-19 deaths were reported today, raising the death toll in Malaysia to 43, while 140 new cases were reported, bringing the total number of cases to 2,766, said Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah .A 48-year-old Malaysian woman who had a history of high blood pressure and passed away on March 30 at Tuanku Jaafar Hospital in Negri Sembilan.

A 69-year old Malaysian man who had the same diseases. He passed away on March 26 at Hospital Enche’ Besar Hajjah Khalsom, Johor.A 73-year-old man who had a combination of heart problems and diabetes and had passed away on March 30.Noor Hisham added that 94 cases were being treated in the Intensive Care Unit and out of these, 60 currently required ventilators to keep breathing.He also highlighted that 58 patients have recovered and been discharged.
