GENTING HIGHLANDS: Six people have died after a tour van crashed here on Wednesday (Feb 8) afternoon.

A spokesperson from the Genting Highlands Fire Station said they were alerted about the accident at around 1.15pm on Wednesday.

"We immediately dispatched a fire engine and six firemen to the scene and they arrived about 15 minutes later.He said a total of 14 people were in the vehicle at the time of the accident."We can confirm that six people have died in the accident and we have handed over the bodies to the police for further action," he said.
