Hong Kong singer and actor Stephanie Lai Ming-sze, who had several popular Cantopop hits in the 1990s, passed away today (March 28) at the age of 58, according to Chinese media reports.

PETALING JAYA: The Silk Road and Asian Civilisation Forum, which was held in Kuala Lumpur, will boost Malaysia-China ties, says MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

Dr Wee said he was honoured to be invited to the forum, which is vital to increase interaction between the two countries to promote mutual understanding.
