PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia's priority must be to ensure good governance before considering new types of taxation, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

PETALING JAYA: Ng Tze Yong, who reached the Arctic Open men's singles final last week, stumbled in the first round of the Denmark Open in Odense on Tuesday .The Malaysian had beaten Guangzu in the quarter-finals of the Arctic Open in Vantaa, Finland and lost to compatriot Lee Zii Jia in the final on Sunday .

Men's doubles pair Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun also could not reproduce their Arctic Open performance and also crashed out in the first round in Odense. Wei Chong-Kai Wun, who were runners-up to Danes Kim Astrup-Anders Skaarup Rasmussen in Finland, suffered a 18- 21, 16-21 defeat in 43 minutes.
