The Seremban Health Department launches a probe after a video of the incident goes viral.

The Negeri Sembilan Health Department said the case of a doctor purportedly losing his temper with a patient has been resolved through negotiations between both sides.

The video was posted on the Facebook account of “Murugan Ramasamy”, who claimed to be the patient in the video. Farid also urged the public not to make assumptions based on the video and to obtain information from official sources. Meanwhile, the Facebook post said the incident was related to the medication prescribed to the patient.

Pesakit kena sabar skit. Klau tak pergi je klinik swasta. Of you only paid rm1 for the service don't expect 5 star hotel treatment. To humiliate the doc to get what you want is wrong.

Its not a matter of negotiation..Its about public medical services practices which has had some shortcoming certain qualities n standards over the years, overlooked by both complacement provider n recipient..System to measure standards by immediate feedback..as auditing standards
