Shop fined RM10,000 for hiking up price of face masks

THE Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs yesterday issued a RM10,000 compound against a Semporna-based shop for selling face masks above the controlled price. Its enforcement head in Semporna, Arsanti Abd Rasid, said the fine was issued following an inspection of the premises after complaints were lodged through its e-Aduan system.
