Shariah-compliant Nurflix launched

The country’s first shariah-compliant streaming service, Nurflix, was launched at Shah Alam’s Tengku Ampuan Jemaah Mosque today. – Facebook pic, July 16, 2020.

NURFLIX, Malaysia’s first shariah-compliant streaming service, was launched today as part of efforts to boost online Islamic content. The ceremony, broadcast live from Tengku Ampuan Jemaah Mosque in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, on the service’s Facebook page, was officiated by renowned preacher Habib Ali Zainal Abidin Al Hamid, who is also Nurflix adviser.
