Bekas ahli Parlimen Johor Bahru itu dikatakan mendepositkan cek daripada Najib ke dalam akaun banknya pada 28 Nov 2013. Beliau berdepan hukuman penjara antara 5 hingga 15 tahun, denda RM5 juta atau 5 kali ganda daripada hasil haram itu.
