Ahli Majlis Tertinggi Umno Abdul Rahman Dahlan mendakwa Shafie tidak bercakap benar dalam isu tanah di Keningau dan Sook, di Sabah.
Abdul Rahman Dahlan berkata, Jawala dipilih untuk mengambil bahagian dalam konsep pengurusan hutan lestari dan Unit Pengurusan Hutan bagi menangani isu konsesi yang tidak dikeluarkan kepada penduduk asal.Namun katanya, disebabkan kekurangan saiz kawasan yang sesuai di satu-satu daerah di Sabah, maka difikirkan wajar FMU menimbangkan untuk berkongsi kawasan mereka, dengan membenarkan sebahagiannya ditanam semula.
