KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Shafie Apdal has announced Sabah DAP chairman Frankie Poon as the new state health and people’s wellbeing minister, replacing Stephen Wong who died of a heart attack on March 28.Luyang rep Phoong Jin Zhe, Wong’s former political secretary, will replace Poon as youth and sports minister, while Sabah DAP treasurer Loh Ee Heng will be the new nominated assemblyman.
