PENGENALAN Cukai Jualan dan Perkhidmatan tahun lepas mendorong kos menjalankan perniagaan bagi pengeluar Malaysia meningkat 10%, menurut kajian perniagaan yang dijalankan oleh Persekutuan Pengilang Malaysia dan Institut Penyelidikan Ekonomi Malaysia . Kira-kira 85% pengeluar Malaysia mendakwa berdepan kenaikan kos pengeluaran disebabkan oleh SST yang diperkenalkan September tahun lepas, kata Presiden FMM Soh Thian Lai yang dipetik dari The Star.
