PETALING JAYA: Pereka grafik Fahmi Reza berkata, polis telah memaklumkan kepadanya bahawa telefon bimbitnya yang dirampas untuk siasatan akan dipulangkan.
“Bukan pasal grafik satira. Polis beritahu mereka nak pulangkan telefon bimbit aku yang mereka rampas tahun lepas,” katanya di Twitter.Fahmi memberitahu FMT, beliau tidak tahu telefon bimbitnya yang mana akan dipulangkan kerana beberapa buah dirampas sebelum ini. Pada Januari tahun lepas, Fahmi disoal siasat oleh polis berhubung poster satira jata sebuah negeri, menggambarkan sebatang pokok dan dua bilah kapak, serta tertera perkataan “House of Balak”.
Polis merampas telefon bimbit dan kad SIM milik Fahmi bagi tujuan siasatan mengikut Akta Hasutan serta Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998.
