PETALING JAYA: After filing a report with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Sekijang MP Natrah Ismail has lodged a police report to deny allegations on social media that she was offered RM20mil to cross the floor in Parliament.

The police report, filed on Tuesday by Natrah at the Segamat district police headquarters, had also asked the police to investigate a special officer attached to a deputy minister, whom she alleged to have made the claims on social media.

"I deny all contents in that report which is clearly untrue and it is a serious slander against me. It is possible that there are certain groups trying to undermine my relationship with 'Datuk Jeevan'," she said in the police report. On Sunday , Natrah lodged an MACC report, alleging she was offered money to switch sides in Parliament.
