PRIME Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad today said it is not easy to conclude the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership as it needs to be agreed upon by all 16 countries involved. Dr Mahathir, who is leading the Malaysian delegation to the 35th Asean Summit in Bangkok, said the multilateral trade deal was not easy to finalise as it involved so many countries.
