Family wants search for woman missing in 2017 continued after discovery of bones and other items. FMTNews Penang StevenJenkins

Steven Jenkins puts up a ‘missing’ sign at Scotland Road, Penang, near where his mother was last seen, during a previous visit.

Jenkins’ comments come after police revealed bones, a handbag containing a hotel keycard, Australian currency and an inhaler were found at a construction site at Scotland Road on June 24, some 500m away from where she was last seen. In the meantime, he hoped the Malaysian immigration authorities would allow him to enter the country for DNA testing.

In the meantime, he said, police would consider digging up the site so long there was a positive DNA match of Annapuranee with her family members.
