HANOI: Malaysia lost to Vietnam 0-1 in the football semi-finals of the Vietnam SEA Games at the Viet Tri Stadium in Phu To on Thursday (May 19).

Vietnam are the defending gold medallists. They will face Thailand in the final at the MyDinh Stadium on May 22.Malaysia will take on Indonesia in the bronze medal match, also on the same date and venue.
