Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd

SC said Abdul Karim committed an offence under section 369 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 when it, with intent to deceive, furnished a false statement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd in relation to the affairs of Serba Dinamik, and the false statement is contained in “Serba Dinamik’s quarterly report on the consolidated results for the quarter and year ended Dec 31, 2020”.
It added that Abdul Karim, who at the time of the commission of the offence was a director of Serba Dinamik, is deemed to have committed an offence under section 369 read together with section 367 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 , and punishable under section 369 of the same Act.
