Ahli Parlimen Muar Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman berkata bahawa beliau menghormati keputusan hakim dan Mahkamah Tinggi yang menjatuhkan hukuman penjara terhadap beliau berhubung empat pertuduhan kes dana ARMADA.
Tambah Syed Saddiq, jika individu lain iaitu rakyat biasa boleh menghormati keputusan mahkamah, maka beliau juga perlu berbuat sedemikian. Syed Saddiq dalam masa sama mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para peguam kerana telah bertungkus lumus dalam kes berkenaan dan juga ibu bapa yang sentiasa bersama. Sebagai salah seorang anak muda, Syed Saddiq menegaskan bahawa beliau tidak akan berhenti berlawan untuk menegakkan kebenaran dan memastikan negara maju.
Hakim Datuk Azhar Abdul Hamid membuat keputusan tersebut selepas pihak pembelaan gagal menimbulkan keraguan munasabah di akhir pembelaan.
