Protestant churches ask why permission was given for the concert to be held in KL on Christianity's holiest day. heavymetal concert devouror

PETALING JAYA: A heavy metal band’s concert in Kuala Lumpur on Easter Sunday has reportedly been cancelled after Protestant church leaders demanded an explanation for why it was allowed to take place on Christianity’s holiest day. However, the organisers said they cancelled the show in order not to offend “or get into trouble with authorities”, the Malay Mail reported.

Earlier today, Protestant church leaders had protested against the live concert and called for an explanation why the band was being allowed to “promote their music using extremely offensive and denigrating language that can hurt the religious feelings of others”.

while metal is fun, this is just plain stupid. they were being insensitive towards Christians and the devout are being overly sensitive. Bear in mind that some people does want to go to hell!

Imagine if it involves that religion. Demonstrations for sure. 😂😂😂

Why should we always do what others do? This kind of band brings us no benefit whatsoever. Let them perform where they belongs.

Shame. These Protestants are not true Christians. These Protestants are similar to the Shiites.. and like the Shiites, should be hounded out of Malaysia and their churches closed. The Government should only recognize and heed advise from the Catholic Church. concert devouror

What? Are you for real? Why need to be offended, this band only sing not threaten your beliefs!
