PETALING JAYA: Sarawakians residing overseas have until Nov 24 to register for postal voting for the upcoming Sarawak elections, the Election Commission said.

In a statement on Tuesday , EC secretary Datuk Ikmalrudin Ishak said the postal voting registration is for two categories - Form 1B for Malaysians residing overseas and Form 1C for nine agencies in the security and health sector.

Those with questions for the EC can contact its postal voting management unit at 03-88927080 or email toThe EC will convene a special meeting on Nov 24 in Kuching, where the election dates including nomination and polling day will be announced.
