Atlet berusia 43 tahun itu akan mempertahankan kejuaraan dalam acara C5 pecut individu, C5 ujian masa dan C4-5 acara lebuh raya. “Saya sangat berbangga untuk memberi sumbangan di Sukan Paralimpik dan teruja untuk berusaha mempertahankan tiga pingat emas yang saya menangi di Rio. “Ia satu penghargaan yang sangat besar untuk membuat penampilan buat kali kelapan di Sukan Paralimpik,” kata Sarah yang memenangi 25 pingat secara keseluruhan.Pasukan berkenaan turut menyenaraikan juara empat kali, Jody Cundy, Kadeena Cox, Steve Bate dan Lora Fachie serta penyertaan semula Crystal Lane-Wright, Neil Fachie, Aileen McGlynn, James Ball dan George Peasgood yang turut bertanding dalam triathlon.
