Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 renders reveal some big design changes | TechNave

When Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Flip 4, some felt that it wasn't that big of an upgrade over its predecessor. If that's the case for you, you might want to consider skipping that for this year's Galaxy Z Flip 5, which could come with a pretty notable change.

Thanks to @OnLeaks , we have our first glimpse of what the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. Based on the renders provided, Samsung's next clamshell foldable smartphone will feature a significantly larger 3.4-inch cover display. It's also expected to sport the same 6.7-inch main display and a dual-camera setup at the back. The source also claimed that the phone will have a measurement of 165 x 71.8 x 6.7mm, making it smaller than its predecessor.

Besides the details above, there are a few unconfirmed details we can speculate. First, we can expect the Galaxy Z Flip 5 to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It could also feature a larger main camera sensor, assuming that Samsung wants to continue making it a photography-centric device. In addition, it could come with a larger battery and an improved hinge, which could make the folding crease less noticeable.
