Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 News

Malaysia Latest News,Malaysia Headlines

Korean news site The Chosun Daily reports that the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 will be redesigned to look like AirPods, stem and all.

With the exception of the Galaxy Buds Live which look like kidney beans, most of the Samsung Galaxy Buds line up have had mostly the same look, with minimal tweaks in design. According to a recent report though, the South Korean tech giant is looking at a greater design change for the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 generation. That said, it's not a particularly original redesign, at least from the sound of it.

Korean news site The Chosun Daily reports that for the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, as well as its Pro version, will come with a stem, 'making them resemble 'bean sprouts' like AirPods'. The redesign, as the report claims, 'aims to enhance sound quality and performance', for both music listening and calls, as well as the accompanying noise-cancelling tech. Reportedly, the brand has gotten some criticisms related to its current design which prompted the change.

Unsurprisingly, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 series will also be getting some AI functions of its own. One listed example is the Galaxy AI's ability to translate calls, but this would reportedly function better if the buds had the stem design. The increase in size due to the redesign will also allow the buds to have better battery performance, as well as 'enable support for a broader range of functions' which were not specified.

Oddly enough, the report also corroborates a prior claim that the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, alongside its Pro version, will have its debut during the July unpacked. It looks to be a pretty packed event, as not only are the company's foldables for the year expected to be announced, its Galaxy Ring fitness tracker is also expected to be launched on the same stage.
