has bagged a contract worth RM209.95mil from Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd for the proposed development of Langat 2 water treatment plant and water reticulation system in Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Salcon said its wholly owned subsidiary, Salcon Engineering Bhd accepted the letter of acceptance issued by PAAB. The scope of the project is to design and build a residual conveyance and disposal system for Langat 2 water treatment plant which includes a pipe conveyor of approximately 2000m long from the plant to the residual storage shelter .
