Sabah needs skilled human capital, says Shafie

SABAH needs highly educated and skilled human capital to meet future challenges, Chief Minister Mohd Shafie Apdal has said. According to the minister, Sabah was still a developing state, so high-skilled human capital was necessary to ensure state-wide sustainable development.
