Kota Kinabalu MP Chan Foong Hin requested for Keningau MP Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan to be referred to the Parliament’s Rights and Privileges Committee for allegedly breaching quarantine orders. Read more:

be referred to the committee for not fulfilling the 14-day self-quarantine requirement by the House as a measure to contain Covid-19.

Deputy Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon, who was chairing the proceedings at the time, said the House had received a letter from the Health Department on the matter. "If you would like to refer YB Keningau to the committee, then please write in formally," said Rashid.There was an uproar on Tuesday when several MPs questioned Kitingan's presence in the House as he had returned to Sabah recently.

OMG! common oppositions, don’t you guys understand they are the govt and govt can do whatever they wanted. It’s called double standard but it could be called triple standard too if the govt wanted to. At least, we now know quarantine period can be negotiated.
