Sabah Reform Agenda also calls for a land tribunal, anti-hopping law.

Sabah Pakatan Harapan has urged Chief Minister Hajiji Noor to consider joining forces to implement the “Sabah Reform Agenda”. The agenda includes seeking more administrative autonomy, implementing the Malaysia Agreement 1963 , an anti-hopping law and establishing a land tribunal.
